Quality inspection of clay filling materials;

1、 Wear and tear inspection: Take small pieces of mud like filler and rub them on the cement floor to see if there are any residual colors or loose marks from the mud. Qualified mud like filler should only have oil marks left, without any color or mud residue.

2、 Easy to shake mud inspection. Increasing the fiber content is beneficial for blocking the extrusion and ejection of mud; To avoid excessive fiber heating and prevent mud from flowing out, the fibers can be blocked at both ends.

3、 Strength test (limited to direct insertion type or already compressed). The filling mud that maintains elasticity (limited to direct insertion type or already compressed) should also maintain a high strength. If a small piece of filling mud is torn by hand, qualified products will not be torn apart by human labor.

4、 Friction coefficient or lubrication characteristics. Qualified products should have minimal friction and heat generation in the stuffing box, and the stuffing box should not increase in temperature.
